ALFA MITO TO MAKE UK SHOW DEBUT
ALFA MITO TO MAKE UK SHOW DEBUT

ITALIAN car maker Alfa Romeo’s eagerly anticipated sporty compact, the Alfa MiTo, will make its UK public debut at the British International Motor Show - from 23 July to 3 August 2008.

Boasting styling cues from the firm’s well received 8C Competizione, the MiTo goes on sale in the UK in January 2009.

Styling touches include the 8C-esque front end, frameless side windows, distinctive headlamps and LED tail lights, flared wheel arches, high waistline and broad C-pillar; all of which combine to give the Alfa MiTo a purposeful stance. At launch, the car will be offered with five engines - three petrol and two diesel.

Pre-ordering begins in October, and prices will start at £10,975 for the entry level 1.4 16V 95 bhp Turismo, and rise to £14,975 for the 1.4 TB 155 bhp Veloce.
